Shanghai Uplastech Co., Ltd is a contract manufacturer of plastic and rubber components, running injection molding, extrusion, vacuum forming and blow molding under one roof. From product design and rapid prototyping through mold making and mass production to printing, assembly and packing, we take projects from drawing to delivered carton.

2016-2019

Uplastech was founded in Hebei, China in 2016, starting out with injection molding and blow molding services supported by advanced injection molding equipment.

2020-2023

In 2020 we set up 10 injection molding production lines in Shanghai, and in 2023 an extrusion factory in Jiangsu. Our presses run from 90T to 1,100T, covering parts from miniature components up to 5,100 g.

2024-2025

We built an overseas business department and formally started foreign trade. For the mining sector we also established a dedicated factory with two production lines and multiple precision 5-axis machining centres.

2026 and Beyond

With professional production equipment, an experienced engineering team and a strong sales force, we are accelerating into the next stage of growth.

Mold Making

In-house tool shop: from single-cavity sample tools to 40-cavity production molds.

Produce Sample

T1 samples with a full dimensional report, sent for your approval before mass production.

Mass Production

10 injection molding lines from 90T to 1,100T, running stable cycle times on every shift.

Six inspection gates, from incoming material to out-going QC before the carton is sealed.

Packing & Shipping

Standard export packing or customized packing, booked with a professional forwarder.

Delivery & After-sales Support

Door-to-door logistics, shipping documents and technical follow-up after delivery.

Our 8 engineers each bring more than a decade of mold and industrial design experience, backed by a 10+ strong overseas sales team working in English, Spanish, German and Japanese. A QC team of more than 10 specialists controls quality at every stage, while 70+ production staff, 70% of them with us for over seven years, keep our injection molding, extrusion, vacuum forming, blow molding and silicone & rubber lines running with the stability and skill that repeat orders depend on.
